Summer Mix

The fabulously hip Bine tagged me with a music meme ages ago, but I was so busy with that whole Vacation BS I simply had no time for blogging until now...

List seven songs you are into right now. No matter what the genre, whether they have words, or even if they’re not any good, but they must be songs you’re really enjoying now, shaping your summer. Post these instructions in your blog along with your seven songs. Then tag seven other people to see what they’re listening to.

Panic at the Disco-When the Day met the Night
I've been listening to the whole Pretty Odd CD incessantly.

Elton John-Bennie and the Jets
Takes me back to my childhood. I love the opening salvos--my son Jack has been learning to play it on the piano.

Bob Marley-Three Little Birds
I need those "don't worry" reminders. Because life is what it is. And because my truck got repo'd a few weeks ago. {{{sigh}}}

Jill Jack-Runnin'
Jill is my second cousin on the Irish side of the family and she's incredibly talented. I love all her stuff.

Death Cab for Cutie-I Will Possess Your Heart
Just because.

Three Days Grace-Never Too Late
Sometimes it is too late, but it's a great song.

Sixx AM-Life is Beautiful
Can you tell I'm into alternative?

If you're curious about these songs, head over to rhapsody dot com for a free listen. I think I'll tag Shannon, Thor, Magdalena, Fran, Eileen, Leigh, and Karrie--just because it's been such a long time since...

Hey Missy. I could only think of 3. Lowest summer I've had in a long time. Hope you're well.

Will try to fit this in whilst I am on the road with the family. Lots of road music, for certain!
